Vermeil is a term used to describe high-quality jewellery that features a thick layer of gold on top of a base metal, Sterling Silver. For jewellery to be classified as vermeil, the gold layer must be at least 2.5 microns thick. However, La Lune takes it a step further by ensuring a remarkable 4-micron thickness, which significantly enhances the longevity and durability of our pieces.

The Greek Goddess, Eos, rose into the sky from the river Oceanus at the start of each day, and with her rays of light dispersed the mists of night.
The Eos Necklace will vary slightly in size and shape to those photographed. No two pendants are the same, that is the beauty of handmade.
