Vermeil is a term used to describe high-quality jewellery that features a thick layer of gold on top of a base metal, Sterling Silver. For jewellery to be classified as vermeil, the gold layer must be at least 2.5 microns thick. However, La Lune takes it a step further by ensuring a remarkable 4-micron thickness, which significantly enhances the longevity and durability of our pieces.

Edit Two - 20mm Circle with thicker than industry standard, 4mm 18ct Gold Vermeil
Choose to have the pendant on its own, add it to your existing necklace or select one of our 45cm, 50cm or 60cm chains.
Choose to have the pendant blank, your drawing or writing or 1-30 characters with our 3 fonts.
La Lune Fonts // Write 1-30 characters in the notes box above. Please note that our makers will arrange the characters/ words on the pendant. Our jewellers will place the engraving on the pendant in the most aesthetically pleasing way.
Handwriting & Artwork // Upload your artwork to the box above. Ensure the drawing or handwriting is with a black or blue pen on blank paper (no lines) as well as no shadows on the image you upload. Artwork will be scaled to fit the pendant. You can also draw or write in the notes app on your iPhone and then screenshot it and upload it for us to use. Please note that the thicker the lines, the harder it will be to read.
Our laser engraver will be black when first received but will eventually turn to a beautiful, sorf grey over time (artwork will forever be engraved into pendant)
Please note: Due to the personalised nature of these pieces, we cannot accept returns with engraved designs.
